Refund / Return Policy

Because of the nature of our products (edible pet treats containing CBD) and applicable health/safety considerations, our return and refund rules differ from ordinary retail items. Please read carefully.
- No Returns for Edible Products / Treats
Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory concerns, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for edible pet CBD treats after they have been delivered, except in the case of damage or defect.
This includes all treats, chews, or edible product lines unless otherwise specified on the product page.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund, replacement, or store credit, subject to the following:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, order number, and a description.
- We will evaluate the claim and may require you to return the item (or provide evidence) before issuing a remedy.
- If approved, we will process a refund or replacement at our option.
- Shipping costs for return / replacement are handled as follows: we pay for replacement shipping.
- We may refuse a claim if the product has been misused, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Refund Timing & Method
If a refund is approved, we will issue the refund via the original payment method within 10-14 business days (or as legally required).
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund.
- Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it has shipped. Once shipped, you cannot cancel or change the order.
If you cancel before shipping and already paid, we will refund you fully, minus any non-refundable fees (if applicable).
- Partial Refunds / Price Adjustments
We do not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, price drops, or partial use of the product.
- Disclaimer & Limitations
- The refund or replacement is your sole remedy; we disclaim all other remedies to the extent permitted by law.
- Our liability for defective or incorrect items is limited to the purchase price.
- Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund / Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” They apply prospectively; they will not retroactively invalidate refunds you are otherwise entitled to.
